Return and Exchange Policy

 

Return Procedures

- You can request a return within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you received your products.

- For return procedures, you can contact us via kermeipek@gmail.com. Afterwards, a Return Shipping Code specific to your Order Number will be sent to you.

- For defective products (flawed, torn), shipping costs are covered by our company.

- Returned products must be unused, have their originality intact, and be suitable for resale. You can try the bonnet on without attaching a pin to the product.

- For discretionary returns (disliking the product, not suiting oneself, etc.), shipping costs are borne by the buyer. For shipments made with different shipping companies, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. Freight collect shipments are not accepted.

• Once the returned product reaches us, the return process will be initiated within a maximum of 7 business days.

• If there is no defect in the returned product caused by our company, the shipping fee of 110.00 TL will be deducted from your refund amount.
